Monte Baldo is a mountain range located in the Italian Alps near Lake Garda. It is one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the area due to its stunning views and hiking trails.

Monte Baldo reaches a height of 2,218 meters (7,277 feet) at its highest point, known as the Cima Valdritta. This makes it one of the highest peaks in the region.

From the top of the mountain, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. On a clear day, it is possible to see all the way to the city of Verona.

Monte Baldo offers a variety of hiking trails, ranging from easy walks suitable for families with children to more challenging routes for experienced hikers. The trails are well marked and offer stunning views of the lake and the mountains.

For those who prefer not to hike, there is a cable car that runs from the town of Malcesine up to the top of Monte Baldo. The cable car ride itself offers incredible views of the lake and the surrounding area.

The slopes of Monte Baldo are home to a variety of wildlife, including eagles, deer, and marmots. Visitors may also spot wildflowers and other flora and fauna along the hiking trails.
